Youth Program Director & Skating Camp Instructor 

Kim Navarro is a Two-Time U.S. Bronze Medalists and Two-Time World Team member.  She was a first alternate to the Olympics in 2010 and won the bronze medal at the Four Continents Figure Skating Championships in 2008. 

As a professional skater, Kim has performed in numerous ice shows including Stars On Ice, Holiday On Ice, Broadway On Ice, Sun Valley On Ice, and Nancy Kerrigan's Halloween On Ice.  She has performed with the Ice Theatre of New York and is a founding company member of Ice Dance International. 


Kim and her partner Brent Bommentre, appeared in an episode of the television show Glee and competed as part of the act “Aerial Ice” on the quarter-finals of NBC’s America’s Got Talent.


Kim has her USFS Gold Medal in Dance, Freestyle, and MIF.  She is a graduate of Columbia University with a degree in English and a minor in Dance.  She is currently pursuing a Masters in Liberal Arts at Stanford University.



Skating Camp Instructor 

Domina grew up in Sonoma County as a competitive figure skater. 

She has performed in several professional ice shows including the Great America Theme Park Ice show and many other Snoopy Ice Shows.

Domina Studied Psychology at San Diego State University.

She now coached at Snoopy's Home Ice

Skating Camp Instructor 

AEA Actor | Singer | Dancer | Figure Skater 

Carmen grew up as a competitive figure skater and ballet dancer. She now works as a professional singer and actor in both New York and California. Her body of artistic work includes many leading roles in musicals, short films, commercials, web-series, voice overs, concerts, and professional ice shows.


Carmen performed as a principal skater on a National Tour of Disney on Ice where she debuted the role of the “Live Host”.


Carmen is the Founder Redwood Theatre Company bringing original projects and social justice pieces to the community.

She is also the co-founder for FTA Productions Company & the Director of the FTA Protest Art Series.

Dance Camp Instructor 

Joseph has been dancing since age four, and competitively since age six.


He has won hundreds of awards for his skilled dance including: Mister Dance of New England, Junior Mr. Dance of America, and East Coast Junior Ballroom Champion. He has taught master classes in many venues including the Boston Conservatory of Music (the Modern Dance department) as well on the faculty of New Dance Group (NDG) of New York City.


He is the recent recipient of two San Francisco Bay Area Theater Critic Circle Awards for excellence in choreography. Those shows included: Cinnabar’s Fiddler on the Roof and 6th Street Playhouse's Thoroughly Modern Millie. 


His professional Broadway credits span 15 years and include, Beauty and the Beast, Cathy Rigby’s Peter Pan, National Tour of Cats (Mr. Mistoffelees), and Baby John in the international tour of West Side Story.



Dance Camp Instructor 

Madeline Brown is a trained ballet dancer and professional performing artist in Sonoma County. She has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from San Francisco State University.


She is currently working for the City of Santa Rosa in the Office of Community Engagement.



Musical Theatre Camp Instructor & Private Vocal Coach

Jackie Díaz is honored to be on staff with the amazing performers that make up RTC’s staff. She is a vocal and drama major currently studying at the University of California, Irvine.


She has been singing and acting for a little under ten years and has been in several musical theatre productions including Spring Awakening, In the Heights, and Shrek: The Musical. As a vocalist, she has performed at several Latinx festivals and events singing mariachi style music.


She has also continued to develop her classical training through recitals as well as private instruction. She’s been co-music director of her acapella group as well as UCI Chamber president while performing in shows and doing works of art with the RTC founder and other members of the dream team!
